Job Summary Job Summary Under the supervision of the Director Information Technology, serves as a technical resource to staff of an assigned, networked school site(s); troubleshoots and diagnoses minor microcomputer, mobile computing devices, and peripheral equipment problems; reports hardware problems; performs designated minor operational maintenance and repair tasks on peripheral and computer equipment; installs computers, mobile devices, peripherals and standard software packages; provides support to staff in the use of computer hardware/software, mobile computing devices, and basic network operations; and performs other duties as assigned.
