Personal Comp Support Tech Saitech - 3.6 Pasadena, CA Job Details Full-time $32.13 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description SaiTech is looking for a Personal Computer Support Technician (PCST) supporting the NASA Office of JPL Management and Oversight (NOJMO) at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, CA.

Responsibilities include:

Timely and professional delivery of hardware or services. Providing courteous, solution-oriented support that builds trust and ensures a positive customer experience during every interaction. Installation and configuration of managed software. Perform technical, operational, and training support to users of personal computers either by telephone or on-site, to include deskside or SpaceBar walkup for hardware and software packages. Install and test personal computers, printers, and other peripherals. Configuring operating systems. Troubleshooting computer problems, performing hardware and software diagnostics, and coordinating needed repairs. Resolving computer system problems to include the coordination between users and components of a local area networks. Participation in the evaluation of system configuration and software.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School degree or equivalent 2 years of related experience Must be U.S. Citizen Must be able to lift & move equipment up to 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
