Job Description
Total Office Support is looking for someone starting their career in IT who wants hands-on experience with computers, printers, networks, and business technology. This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our Torrance office, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This is not a remote position. What You'll Do Provide Help Desk and on-site technical support Set up and troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, and basic network equipment Learn to diagnose and repair business printers and multifunction equipment Travel to customer locations for service, installations, and support What We're Looking For Basic computer troubleshooting knowledge and a strong interest in technology Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn Technical school, IT coursework, certifications, or hands-on experience is a plus Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and ability to lift equipment up to 60 lbs. Training is provided. This is an entry-level position for someone looking to gain real-world experience and build a career in IT and technical service.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
