Install/Configure/Maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, & wireless access points at client locations; troubleshoot hardware & software issues on Windows and macOS systems; administer Office 365/Exchange Online & Active Directory/Group Policy; deploy & configure on-site servers; configure & support cloud backup solutions; perform on-site IT projects including office launches & infrastructure upgrades; configure & maintain business-grade multifunction printers & surveillance systems.
