Description Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable IT Internal Liaison to join our team. This individual will assist with a wide array of tasks within the IT Support field. Some of these tasks could include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CED's own in-house systems and general office technology, including printers, networks, phone systems, and Wi-Fi systems. There will also be a responsibility for the designing, planning, and implementing, as well as troubleshooting, of Hardware and Software Network Infrastructures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing exceptional support to our office staff and end users.

Reports to:

Profit Center Manager Minimum Qualifications:

Strong understanding of office technology, including phone systems, printers, scanners, networks, camera systems, and Wi-Fi. Basic knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work irregular hours/shifts

Veteran Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $20 to $22 hourly.
