Job Description

Step into a pivotal role as a Virtual Onsite Para Facilitator supporting SPED students in a dynamic educational environment for the 2026/2027 school year. This contract opportunity is ideal for a tech-savvy paraprofessional energized by connecting students to crucial learning resources and fostering accessible education. Duties will keep you engaged across several area schools, ensuring technology is set up efficiently and students receive the support they need in their learning journeys. With technology as your tool and communication as your strength, youll troubleshoot tech issues while fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for students and staff alike. Your day will be rewarding as you help bridge the gap for students needing specialized supportyour skillset truly makes a difference.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience as a paraprofessional, ideally within SPED settings Tech-savvy, with the ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot classroom devices and platforms Excellent communicator with a solutions-oriented, collaborative approach Flexibility to float between school sites as needed Positive attitude, reliability, and adaptability in fast-paced school environments
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate virtual and onsite SPED instruction by setting up and managing classroom technology Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity or tech-based issues for students and educators Ensure seamless access to virtual learning for SPED students Collaborate with teachers and support staff to address unique student needs Maintain clear communication and detailed documentation of support provided Pay for this role is competitive and based on your experience: $24/hour (0-3 years), $28/hour (4-6 years), and $32/hour (7+ years). This is a full-time, 37.5-hour/week contract position, beginning as soon as possible and running through the end of the school year. Ready to make an immediate impact?
