Job Description
Our client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Senior IS Technician for their Framingham, MA location.
Responsibilities:
Run daily service tickets, complete installs and work with local technicians to support 30 sites in the Framingham to Worchester Market.
Worker will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in Client stores.
Requirements:
Verifyable High School Diploma Or Ged Required
1 year of Field service work on computer hardware and/or retail equipment.
High School Diploma or Equivilent.
Must have previous hardware repair experience, have ability to work on their own, lift 75lbs, work flexible hours, complete required paperwork and have excellent customer service skills.
