Located in the heart of Manchester, NH, E&R Laundry and Dry Cleaners is proud to promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, and career advancement. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced technologies including bar code scanners, RFID tracking, and HD surveillance cameras, supporting a fast-paced, high-efficiency operation. Our IT team also maintains and services over 125 computers throughout the facility to support smooth and secure operations. What Are We Looking For? We are currently searching for an Information Technology (IT) Technician who is eager to grow, solutions-oriented, and a team player. This is a junior-level, hands-on role with responsibilities spanning hardware, software, and network support. Some professional IT experience is required, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Troubleshoot and repair PC hardware and software Maintain and service over 125 computers across the facility Provide basic network troubleshooting Operate and support CCTV systems and IP-based telephony Train users on PC-related systems and applications Configure and deploy mobile devices with company-specific apps Perform general maintenance and cleaning of PCs Support barcode and RFID system functionality Participate in limited "on-call" availability for urgent support issues If you are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional service, we invite you to apply today to join our team at E&R Laundry and Dry Cleaning!
