Job Description

Key Responsibilities Setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones according to company standards and user needs. Manage the inventory, tracking, and deployment of all IT hardware devices. Issue devices to employees and ensuring proper documentation and tracking of issued hardware. Oversee the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system to ensure security policies are applied and devices are correctly configured. Provide support and troubleshooting for mobile device issues. Oversee the administration of the Verizon account. Provide support for Verizon-related issues, including troubleshooting connectivity problems and liaising with Verizon support when necessary. Deploy, troubleshoot, and repair operational hardware and network equipment across various settings. (Occasionally) Implement warehouse and building IT infrastructure, focusing on Ethernet and fiber cabling. (Occasionally) Set up server rooms to ensure seamless connectivity, including the configuration of wireless networks, security cameras, and time clocks. (Occasionally) Collaborate with teams to efficiently manage and deploy projects, while ensuring the maintenance of technology equipment in the field (Occasionally) Utilize a variety of tools and operate man lifts safely, adhering to all safety protocols. (Occasionally) Desired Skills and Qualifications Experience in configuring and deploying IT hardware. Proficiency in managing mobile devices, including experience with ABM & Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems. Familiarity with managing telecommunications accounts. Aptitude for learning and adapting to new skills and technologies. Ability to follow instructions precisely and execute tasks accurately. Excellent interpersonal skills to seamlessly interact with team members and customers. Independent and self-motivated learner with outstanding project management skills. Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and climbing ladders as necessary to complete tasks. Education and Experience While formal education in IT or related certifications are valued, they are not mandatory for this role. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
