Available Help for . TechSync Systems, LLC is seeking a motivated IT Troubleshooting Intern to provide on-site technology support.
This position is designed for individuals interested in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field who want hands-on experience in a real-world IT and managed service provider environment.
The intern will work alongside the TechSync Systems team to support users, troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues, and gain practical experience with business and educational technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Windows computers, laptops, printers, and other technology.
Support and troubleshoot iPads and Chromebooks.
Assist with educational software, online learning platforms, and technology accounts.
Diagnose basic hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
Assist users with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email, account, and password issues.
Install and configure computers, software, printers, and peripherals.
Help prepare, configure, and deploy computers, tablets, Chromebooks, and other equipment.
Provide remote and on-site technical support.
Document troubleshooting steps, completed work, and equipment information.
Escalate more complex issues to senior TechSync Systems team members.
Maintain professional communication with staff and other end users.
Follow TechSync Systems and client technology, privacy, and security procedures.esponsibilities
Ideal Candidate
Interest in a technology-related field and gaining practical IT experience.
Basic understanding of Windows, computer hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with iPads, Chromebooks, Google Workspace, or educational technology is helpful but not required.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and ask questions when needed.
Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Able to work independently when appropriate and ask for assistance when necessary.
Comfortable working respectfully on-site and following client policies, standards, and expectations.
Previous professional IT experience is not required.
