We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer to help with day-to-day operations, tasks and maintenance. This individual will assist with customer network issues and maintain the computers, network, and servers required for internal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and first level trouble resolution for customers.
• Provision new orders for voice and Internet services.
• Manage and support network elements with normal maintenance and updates.
• Manage internal servers with regular maintenance, software updates, etc.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of IP subnetting.
• Strong understanding of network troubleshooting
• CCNA or equivalent level experience
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network level issues
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work on-call as needed.
