Job Description

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, including after-hours for both on-call and projects

Pay:

Salary, $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience and skill level, 90 day probationary period.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming phone calls/emails Pulling network cabling, installing switches, access points, cameras, various IOT devices etc. Provide remote and on-site support Create and maintain documentation Consult with clients on needs-based solutions After-hours/on-call incidents

Requirements:

1-3 years or more experience working in an information technology role or proven abilities in related areas. Strong background in software technologies including both client and server. Such technologies include but not limited to: Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS Strong background in workstation hardware Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Able to multi-task and meet deadlines Outstanding communication skills with both staff and clients, maintaining professionalism while under stressful conditions Physically able to lift > 50 Lbs. and climb up ladders Complete a criminal background check Practical skills will be tested during the interview process Join our team today and learn why the majority of MCS employees have been with the company more than 10 years!
