Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and technical assistance to our clients. This role requires a strong background in field service, network, AV installation, and electrical work. Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of network equipment and systems
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity
• Install and configure network equipment, including routers, switches, and access points
• Conduct fiber splicing and cabling as needed
• Test and certify network connections for proper functionality
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Field Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of network installation procedures and best practices
• Proficiency in electrical work and mechanical knowledge
• Familiarity with cabling standards and techniques
• Knowledge of low voltage systems, telephone systems is a plus
• Network skills, security camera installations is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
