Black Tie Ski Rentals is seeking outgoing and energetic individuals who share our love of the mountains. The Reservation Technician is the first point of contact for many of our guests and is a critical component of the Black Tie experience. The Reservation Technician is responsible for taking phone calls from customers, reserving rentals, organizing information critical to day-to-day operations, processing billing, updating databases, scheduling swap-outs, monitoring inventory levels and clearly communicating with shift managers and delivery technicians. Attention to detail is a must. Reservation Technicians are also trained to provide a personalized and custom fitting for guests at our walk-in locations. As a representative of Black Tie Ski Rentals, your delivery of excellent customer service must be top notch and a friendly demeanor and disposition is required. Flexible schedule with combination of AM and PM shifts Reservation agents will earn 2% of reservations booked via phone throughout the season, paid out each pay period after the reservations are completed and paid in full. In addition, reservation agents are eligible for a bonus for the first and second half of the season, both payable after completing the regular season. The bonus is calculated at $1 per hour worked. .

Pass blackout dates are:

Dec. 26-31, 2026; Jan. 16-17, 2027; Feb. 13-14, 2027. The season pass bonus is based on expected performance at Black Tie Ski Rentals of Jackson Hole and has no cash value to the employee. All bonuses are based on completion of exemplary work for the given time periods and are subject to the discretion of ownership. Failing to complete the duration of the contracted season with Black Tie Ski Rentals of Jackson Hole may result in the full value of the pass being withheld from the employee. The pass bonus is subject to change based on mountain pass policy changes. Black Tie will guarantee the Reservation Technician an average hourly wage of $26 for the duration of the season. This will be calculated by taking the employee's total compensation (including hourly base wage, bonuses, commissions and tips) and dividing by the total hours worked. If the amount falls below $26, the difference will be part of the employee's final paycheck.

$20/hr plus tips and commissions.

November 9th, 2026 to April 11th, 2027 Answer phones and take reservations Collect and input customer information with high level of accuracy Manage and update reservation software and equipment database Select appropriate equipment for clients and conduct fittings for walk-in clients Master BTR software and utilization of the scheduling software Communicate clearly with owner, Managers, shift leaders and ski technicians Help maintain cleanliness and organization at all Black Tie locations Provide excellent customer service Support collection of positive Google Reviews Additional duties/special projects as needed Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the winter season. Pay:

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
