Collaborate closely with Product Teams across Signature Aviation Technology to develop cross-functional solutions. Collaborate with the Product Engineering Manager, SCRUM master, and Engineering team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of application solutions. Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation of various applications. Manage the backlog, prioritize features, and communicate business value and expectations to the development team and stakeholders. Possess excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. Evaluate business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Analyze data and processes to uncover insights and trends that inform solution design. Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and technical feasibility. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding. Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Product Management and web development technical solutions. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and propose enhancements to existing systems. Define the vision, scope, and roadmap of the assigned solution. Supervise all stages of product development, including design and development. Create user stories. Track and assess product progress at each stage of the process. Reduce uncertainty by communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including guests, internal clients, and the development team, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with assigned SCRUM teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and values. Validate that business requirements fully address the project scope, ensuring no gaps and that the solution completely addresses the holistic business needs. Monitor and report product status to internal clients. Manage the product backlog to align with the strategic direction outlined in the product roadmap. Develop and communicate the product goal, create and clearly order product backlog items to maximize business value in collaboration with internal clients and SCRUM teams. Engage in customer (guest) journey mapping exercises to create a shared vision for the guest experience. Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration, gather feedback, and adapt the product backlog based on feedback. Advocate for the product vision when features or changes could distract from the roadmap, communicate trade-offs to management and stakeholders, and optimize the potential for desired outcomes. Effectively manage the product roadmap and backlog by understanding and anticipating client needs. Work with SCRUM teams to define a sprint goal, determine items to include in the sprint, and discuss how the team will complete the chosen work. Support Change Management and Training teams by providing content for user manuals and process guides. Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Participate in SCRUM ceremonies. Serve as the primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams, ensuring stakeholder buy-in on major decisions and strategies, as well as clear instructions and deliverables for developers. Display an understanding of existing business processes and explore process improvement opportunities.
