Job Description

Scrum Master Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong experience in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification preferred
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including:
  • Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as:
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Strong understanding of: o Agile Metrics and Reporting o Velocity Tracking o Burndown/Burnup Charts o Sprint Health Monitoring o Release Planning
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Software Delivery Lifecycle, and Release Management processes
  • Experience in stakeholder communication and coordination across Business, Product Owners, Development, QA, and Architecture teams
  • Strong risk, dependency, and impediment management skills
  • Experience in participating and contributing in PI planning
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Exposure to Banking, Payments, Lending, Capital Markets, or Financial Services domain is preferred Roles & Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and manage all Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth sprint execution.
  • Guide Agile teams in adopting and following Scrum principles, practices, and values.
  • Ensure sprint objectives and delivery commitments are achieved within timelines.
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization, story refinement, and release planning.
  • Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization.
  • Mentor teams in Agile maturity and help drive Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Identify, track, and remove project impediments affecting team productivity.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
  • Escalate critical delivery issues and provide mitigation plans to leadership
  • Track and report Agile delivery metrics Salary Range- $110,000-$140,000 a year #LI-CO1 #LI-SN1
