Coach the team on Scrum values, flow, self-management, and continuous improvement. Identify and remove impediments and coordinate cross-team dependencies. Use delivery metrics to improve predictability, quality, and cycle time. Partner with Product Owners to support backlog readiness and outcome-focused planning. Promote transparency through clear reporting of risks, progress, and decisions. Support release planning, retrospectives, and organizational Agile maturity. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Neutral facilitator with strong coaching, listening, and conflict-resolution skills. Able to influence without authority and work across distributed teams.
