EXPERIENCE
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master II to lead delivery initiatives supporting bank on a Claims Management application, including focusing on Agentic AI capabilities. This individual will serve as both an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master, partnering closely with Experience Owners, Engineering Leaders, Data & AI teams, Operations, Risk, and Business stakeholders to deliver strategic business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of Agile delivery leadership, banking claims domain expertise, and experience leading complex technology initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence, intelligent automation, and digital customer experiences. This role requires strong execution skills, the ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, and a passion for driving continuous improvement across multiple Agile teams. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master.
Lead delivery of strategic initiatives related to fraud claims, non-fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance, and claims servicing capabilities.
Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Data & AI teams, and business stakeholders to align roadmaps, priorities, and delivery commitments.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) activities.
Guide teams in Agile best practices while fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
Support delivery of Agentic AI initiatives, including AI-assisted investigations, intelligent decision support, claims assignment optimization, AI-enabled claims intake experiences, and customer-facing AI capabilities.
Coordinate complex cross-functional efforts involving Operations, Customer Service, Digital Channels, Contact Centers, Risk, Compliance, Data Science, and Technology teams.
Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of delivery risks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies.
Ensure backlog items are properly refined, prioritized, and ready for development and testing.
Leverage Agile metrics, team performance data, and delivery trends to improve predictability, quality, and speed to market.
Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams.
Coordinate release planning, UAT execution, production readiness activities, implementation planning, and post-production monitoring.
Support modernization initiatives including API-based integrations, intelligent automation, BOT replacement strategies, AI-enabled workflows, and customer self-service capabilities.
