Job Summary Our client is looking for an Agile Scrum Master/ Business Analyst with

AT LEAST A SECRET CLEARANCE

to support a DOD customer onsite in Suffolk, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience with working technical projects for DOD.

Description:

Technical networks and infrastructure support a variety of activities are focused on providing an accessible, Agile, scalable, composable, modular, open systems architecture enabled environment to support joint requirements for training within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in DevSecOps environment.

Requirements:

Full-time W2 On-Site, Suffolk, VA Active DoD Secret Clearance (Minimum) Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems (Minimum) ONE (1) or more of the following Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certifications (Minimum) o

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification o
• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) Certification o
• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification o
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)

Certification Skills Requirements:

Demonstrated experience managing software development activities and/or scrum mastering projects. JIRA Task Boards (i.e., Kanban), Plans, and Reporting. Strong project management skills to affect organizational change in challenging environments Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Points, and Visio.

Duties:

Support initiatives enabling a more scalable, secure, containerized, and adaptable infrastructure using a single continuous Agile-based process focused on integrating development, security, and operations (DEVSECOPS) into a single continuous process that includes integration of Zero Trust requirements as prioritized by government personnel.
