DEVSECOPS LEAD

(CASBES): Bowhead seeks a DevSecOps Lead to support the upcoming Cloud Acceleration Services (CAS) Business Enterprise Systems (BES) located in Montgomery, AL. The DevSecOps Lead will design and operation of secure CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities Integrate automated security testing. Support Agile release planning. Apply IaC and deployment automation. Help team deliver secure, repeatable, cloud-native software releases. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. Eight (8+) years software engineering or platform delivery experience; five (5+) years implementing DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, IaC, containers, and Agile software delivery.

Certification:

AWS DevOps Engineer - Professional or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert preferred; SAFe DevOps Practitioner/SAFe Agilist preferred; Security+ required/preferred; CKA preferred. Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts. Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Physical Demands:

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
