Banking or Financial Services domain experience, with the ability to design scalable Salesforce technical solutions. Experience with Copado deployments, Jira, Confluence, application monitoring, and troubleshooting . Experience leading teams and providing technical solutions, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 pa - $180,000pa depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
