What will you be doing?

Process Development Execution:

Execute studies supporting full development of the paste deposition process with standardized sinter parameters, using advanced printing, vacuum-assisted deposition, and laser stencil cutting equipment.\n

Experimental Design Support:

Help define technical paths for assigned projects, applying Design of Experiments principles under the guidance of the Sr. R D Applications Engineer.\n

Testing and Evaluation:

Perform simple to multifactor DOE evaluations of ActiveCopper paste and sinter processes to validate performance on basic test boards, internal functional boards, and customer boards.\n

Analyze performance data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports and project summaries for internal and customer audiences.\n

Metrology Support:
