Senior Engineer -

$130,000-$150,000

Job Type:

Full-Time, Permanent We're seeking an experienced Senior Engineer with PLC programming expertise to develop, test, and support industrial automation and SCADA control systems. This role will spend approximately 50% of the time supporting a dedicated customer in Ocala, FL, with the remaining time working on other engineering projects. What You'll Do Develop and program PLC applications for monitoring and control systems. Perform factory and field testing, system startup, and commissioning. Support SCADA monitoring, control, alarms, data displays, and historical reporting. Integrate PLCs with third-party equipment and industrial communication systems. Troubleshoot PLC-related issues and provide technical support to customers and field service teams. Conduct system demonstrations and train customer operators and staff. Prepare project documentation and coordinate with project managers. Requirements 2+ years of PLC programming experience. Experience with PLC hardware and programming software, including Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Siemens, and/or Emerson . Experience with SCADA monitoring and control systems. Ability to troubleshoot automation and control system issues. Strong communication and customer support skills. Willingness to travel regularly for system startup, testing, and commissioning. Water and wastewater industry experience preferred. Location Requirements Must live in Ocala, FL. Relocation candidates are welcome. Ideally, relocation will be completed by January 1, 2027 .

Approximately $130K-$150
