We are seeking a curious, hands-on Junior Solutions Developer to join our team. This is a hybrid technical support and solutions role, well suited to someone 0-3 years into their tech career who wants to build a broad, versatile skill set spanning software, hardware, and customer-facing support. You'll work directly with our product and support teams to help customers succeed with the mobile, retail, and labeling technology solutions we sell — and you'll have real input into which products we bring to market. This role is based full-time at our Woodstock, GA office, with occasional on-site customer visits. Please note that this is not a software development position. IT hardware knowledge and experience are critical to the role. Responsibilities and Duties Provide hardware and software technical and product support throughout the sales process Deliver hardware and software tech support via phone, video call, and email to end-user customers and the contractors installing their equipment Help evaluate new product solutions — identifying, testing, and assessing hardware and software components Test hardware and software applications before they reach customers Demonstrate and train customers on the software products Techquidation sells Perform diagnostics on electronic equipment to pinpoint failed components Support Techquidation's internal IT team with day-to-day IT resources Qualifications and Skills A+ Certification, a BS in Computer Science or Information Science, or equivalent knowledge gained through IT work experience or coursework — recent grads welcome Comfort using (or eagerness to learn) a multimeter, oscilloscope, volt meter, and other electronic test equipment Willingness to learn to solder and de-solder components Clear, confident communicator over the phone and via email Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Curious, hands-on problem solver who likes figuring out how things work Ability to stand and work for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work around dust and cleaning chemicals Opportunity Outlook This role is a launchpad, not a ceiling.
