Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical SME, leading reviews, presenting equipment recommendations, and communicating process concepts to customers and internal teams.
• Act as primary technical resource for clients throughout project lifecycles.
• Support equipment sizing and selection aligned with process goals, sanitary standards, and reliability.
• Review client specifications, P&IDs, and drawings to recommend equipment sizes, pump types, and configurations.
• Collaborate with plant managers, engineers, and project teams on cost-effective solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations on LPE Equipment offerings to integrators, engineering firms, and consultants.
• Mentor junior engineers and applications staff.
• Travel to customer sites as required (20-30%).

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Biological Systems, or related) required.
• 10+ years of process engineering experience in sanitary process (pumps and valves) or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of process design, sanitary equipment, and fluid systems.
• Proven experience leading customer projects from concept through execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process design software (AutoCAD or similar preferred).

Pay:

$110,800.00

• $130,000.
