Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Application Engineer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise software solutions, leveraging your expertise in computer networking, cloud platforms, and virtualization technologies. Your technical proficiency and customer-focused approach will drive successful solution sales, support client relationships, and contribute to business growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet complex client needs. Responsibilities Lead technical discussions and deliver compelling product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value of our enterprise software solutions. Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities to design tailored solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives. Develop and present technical sales proposals, including solution architecture diagrams and detailed implementation plans. Support customer onboarding by providing expert guidance on product integration within diverse environments such as AWS, Azure, VMware, and Linux-based systems. Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to network configurations, cloud deployments, and virtualization platforms. Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, and sales teams to refine offerings based on customer feedback and market trends. Maintain proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce Cloud to track opportunities, manage client communications, and streamline deal closing processes. Experience Proven experience in technical sales engineering within a corporate or enterprise software environment. Strong background in computer networking protocols, AWS cloud services, VMware virtualization, Linux administration, and Azure cloud platform. Demonstrated success in pre-sales activities including solution design, product demos, technical presentations, and deal closing. Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash (Unix shell) for automation and troubleshooting tasks. Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and developing customized technical solutions. Effective communication skills for client relationship management and delivering engaging technical sales presentations. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce Cloud for managing sales pipelines and customer interactions. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams on project management initiatives and business development efforts within a fast-paced technology environment.
