Job Description
Overview The Senior Application Engineer will focus on innovation and building foundational learning to enable new product development initiatives for the Salt product line. Responsibilities Drive forward new process or process improvement scale-up from benchtop to commercialization. Provide technical guidance and scientific insight for new process development. Lead new product development efforts. Work with key customers and business partners to identify project opportunities. Run product demonstrations and serve as the expert during these meetings. Skills & Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of ingredient functionality, product development and scale-up. Knowledge of salt. Advanced techniques in sensory science. Experience with Project Management. Experience Minimum of four years of related work experience. Education Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
