This position will partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop solutions that improve business processes, automate workflows, enhance reporting, and ensure NetSuite effectively supports the organization's growing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on NetSuite development experience and be comfortable translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite applications using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, custom records, custom forms, workflows, and other NetSuite development tools. Design and implement system enhancements based on business requirements from Finance, Operations, Sales, and other functional teams. Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using REST APIs, RESTlets, SuiteTalk, web services, and/or middleware platforms. Create and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other reporting solutions. Troubleshoot NetSuite issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable technical solutions. Automate manual business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Support data imports, exports, transformations, and data-quality initiatives. Develop and maintain custom fields, records, forms, workflows, scripts, and other NetSuite configurations. Work with users and business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend whether a need should be addressed through configuration, customization, or integration. Participate in NetSuite upgrades, testing, deployments, and release management. Maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, workflows, and system processes. Assist with NetSuite user roles, permissions, and system security as needed. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues involving scripts, integrations, workflows, and customizations. Collaborate with internal IT, Finance, Operations, and external technology partners. Help establish development standards, documentation, testing procedures, and change-management processes as the NetSuite environment continues to evolve. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience. Strong experience with SuiteScript 2.x/2.1. Experience developing NetSuite integrations using REST APIs, RESTlets, SuiteTalk, or similar technologies. Experience with SuiteFlow, saved searches, dashboards, reports, custom records, forms, and fields. Strong understanding of ERP/business processes and how NetSuite supports Finance and Operations. Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with NetSuite administration and configuration is highly desirable. NetSuite certification(s) such as SuiteFoundation or SuiteCloud Developer is a plus. Preferred Experience Experience supporting a growing or multi-entity organization. Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party applications. Experience with SQL, databases, ETL, or middleware. Experience with finance, inventory, order management, purchasing, or warehouse processes. Experience with EDI or other B2B integrations.
