As the Manager, Solutions Engineering, you'll lead a team supporting commercial customers and channel-led opportunities across North America. You'll help customers solve complex identity and security challenges by guiding technical discovery, shaping solutions, and partnering with Sales throughout the buying process. Strong technical foundation across identity security, cloud platforms, SaaS integrations, authentication, and adjacent security technologies Track record of leading change, especially transitioning a Solutions Engineering team from a hybrid model into a focused, enterprise-grade pre-sales organization Proven ability to partner with AEs throughout complex, consultative sales cycles, using
