The ideal candidate has strong Wordpress, PHP expertise, React, modern frontend experience, and the ability to manage projects from development through deployment. Responsibilities Develop applications using PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React, Vue, and Angular Design and optimize MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Firebase, and Supabase databases Manage deployments on DigitalOcean Troubleshoot PHP and WordPress issues, including plugins and themes Manage Wordfence security, malware protection, and site hardening Improve application performance, security, and reliability Deliver projects independently and meet client deadlines Preferred Skills Advanced PHP, Laravel, Symfony, and CodeIgniter React, Vue, Angular, JavaScript, Tailwind, and Bootstrap Strong WordPress design, development, and troubleshooting Wordfence security and malware remediation Git, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, and DigitalOcean Familiarity with Webflow, Bubble, Lovable, Drupal, or similar platforms Strong communication and client-facing skills
