You bring the technical depth to navigate complex CPU, GPU, AI, and programmable logic architectures, and the business acumen to translate that expertise into compelling solutions that resonate with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and ecosystem partners. Equally comfortable in a customer briefing room and an engineering design review, you build trusted relationships at all levels, communicate with clarity across technical and business audiences, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where ambiguity is the norm and impact is the expectation. You are a natural collaborator who works seamlessly across regional and global teams, and a self-starter who can turn market insights and customer requirements into practical architecture proposals and demonstrable platforms that win business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop targeted automotive system solutions for the North America market using AMD CPU, GPU, AI, and programmable logic technologies. Lead system-level architecture analysis and develop customer- and project-specific technical proposals for ADAS and automated driving, infotainment, and driver information applications. Gather, analyze, and communicate local market, customer, technology, and competitive trends to relevant AMD stakeholders. Create, maintain, and enhance vehicle-based demonstration platforms that showcase AMD automotive capabilities and customer value. Engage with key automotive customers to understand system requirements, influence architecture decisions, and identify new business opportunities. Build productive relationships with strategic automotive ecosystem partners and support joint solution development and enablement activities. Partner closely with AMD sales, automotive marketing, and engineering teams to define differentiated value propositions and support customer engagements. Develop trusted relationships that encourage transparency, strengthen technical collaboration, and support the long-term growth of AMD's automotive business. Represent regional customer and market requirements within AMD and help align local opportunities with global product and solution roadmaps. Willingness to travel within North America and internationally as business needs require.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of automotive compute platforms and applications, particularly ADAS and automated driving, infotainment, digital cockpit, or driver information systems. Technical understanding of one or more of the following: CPU architectures, GPU computing, AI acceleration, programmable logic, embedded software, or heterogeneous computing. Experience translating customer requirements into system architectures, technical proposals, proof-of-concept platforms, or demonstrations. Experience working directly with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, technology partners, or semiconductor ecosystem companies in North America. Ability to analyze market and competitive information and communicate actionable insights to regional and global stakeholders. Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
