You'll contribute to groundbreaking test software solutions supporting commercial and defense sensor products. • Lead the research, design, development, and testing of advanced software and network solutions for sensor test systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production line software and electrical device issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Guide teams on design concepts and coding techniques to maximize test engineering efficiency.
• Architect, implement, and review major components of test software and present technical findings to stakeholders.
• Establish processes, procedures, and best practices for test software in manufacturing.
• Present project updates and technical insights to peers, management, and customers. Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM (or 12+ years relevant experience) with 6+ years in software engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Visual Basic programming.
• Solid experience diagnosing and integrating software-controlled test equipment.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Skills
• Proficiency with LabVIEW.
• Familiarity with RF and digital electronics.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing and AS9100 standards.
• Understanding of avionics busses: 1553, ARINC, CAN, RS485, RS232, 1394.
• ALM JIRA and Agile project management exposure.
