Duties Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, and Ruby on Rails. Build and optimize RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between different software components and external systems. Develop front-end interfaces utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Express to deliver engaging user experiences. Architect system solutions incorporating microservices architecture, design patterns, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) to ensure high availability and scalability. Collaborate within Agile teams to plan sprints, conduct code reviews using version control tools such as GitHub, SVN, and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment. Integrate security best practices including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and ensure compliance with industry standards across all development phases. Participate in system design discussions focusing on scalability, performance optimization, and API development for complex applications. Experience Proven experience in software engineering roles with a strong background in IT infrastructure and web development. Hands-on knowledge of programming languages including Python, JavaScript frameworks (React), Java, C#, C, VBA,.NET technologies, and Ruby on Rails. Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable systems using microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services such as AWS or Azure for deploying and managing applications at scale. Experience working within Agile software development environments utilizing tools like GitHub, SVN, Jenkins or other CI/CD platforms. Strong understanding of database management systems including MySQL and SQL Server for application data storage solutions. Knowledge of system design principles for developing robust APIs and integrating third-party services through REST or SOAP protocols. $120,100.00 - $176,600.00 per year
