We are looking for an Application Engineer to support customers through technical problem-solving, product demonstrations, and training. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, working with customers, and learning by doing.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support by phone, email, online, and in person Troubleshoot customer hardware, software, and test setups Set up and operate CI systems for testing and demonstrations Conduct product demonstrations with the Sales team Train customers on products and applications Test software, reproduce issues, and report bugs to Engineering Create and update manuals, application notes, and training materials Share customer feedback with Sales and Engineering Support trade shows and conferences Travel to customer sites and events as needed

Required Skills:

Strong technical aptitude and interest in hands-on problem solving Strong foundation in mathematics Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable explaining technical concepts to customers Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Eager to learn vibration testing, data acquisition, and signal processing Willing to travel up to 30% Valid driver's license Python, MATLAB, or similar programming experience preferred

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field. Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary: $70,000 base + bonus
