App Developer - Healthcare Technology & Digital Innovation Aspirational Health | Mars, Pennsylvania Overview Aspirational Health is a growing, innovative preventive care and wellness practice seeking a creative, motivated, and technology-driven App Developer to help build and expand our digital healthcare platform. We are looking for someone who can think beyond traditional software development and help transform how patients interact with our practice through modern, user-friendly technology. Key Responsibilities Custom Application Development:

Design, develop, and maintain mobile and web applications tailored to Aspirational Health's services and patient needs.

Patient Portal Integration:

Explore and implement secure connectivity with our existing electronic medical record (EMR) and patient portal, subject to available integration capabilities.

Patient Experience:

Develop digital solutions for appointment requests, online scheduling, patient communication, service information, and wellness program engagement.

Workflow Automation:

Create tools that streamline administrative processes, reduce manual work, and improve staff productivity.

System Integration:

Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between applications, databases, and third-party healthcare platforms.

Security & Compliance:

Implement HIPAA-compliant development practices, appropriate access controls, encryption, and secure handling of patient information.

Innovation & Growth:

Collaborate directly with the Medical Director to identify new opportunities for digital transformation and expansion of healthcare services.

Maintenance & Support:

Test, troubleshoot, update, and continuously improve applications based on patient and staff feedback. Qualifications Experience developing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and/or web applications. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or comparable programming languages. Familiarity with React, React Native, Flutter, Node.js, or similar development frameworks. Experience with RESTful APIs, database systems, and third-party integrations. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with GitHub, version control, application deployment, and software testing. Understanding of application security, authentication, and role-based access controls. Experience with healthcare technology, EMR/EHR integration, HL7/FHIR, or HIPAA requirements is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently research and implement solutions. Ability to translate business and clinical needs into functional technology solutions.
