Summary :
The Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications and automation solutions that enhance business operations. Leads the analysis and translation of business requirements into scalable technical solutions, with a strong focus on system integration, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization. Collaborates across teams to maintain and improve application performance, ensure data integrity, and deliver efficient, reliable solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 5-8+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or software engineering roles Strong experience developing applications using C#, .NET framework, and Visual Studio Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data analysis Hands-on experience designing and implementing REST and/or
SOAP API
integrations Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including version control, testing, and deployment processes Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, or data visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) Proficiency with source control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, or similar) Experience troubleshooting and resolving application, integration, and data-related issues in production environments Strong documentation skills, including creating technical specifications, system diagrams, and process documentation Ability to work independently and lead initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams Experience with NetSuite customization tools (e.g., SuiteScript, SuiteTalk), preferred Familiarity with middleware/integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar), preferred Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar), preferred Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, preferred Prior experience mentoring developers or leading technical projects, preferred
Language Skills:
Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English language.
Work Hours:
In a typical week, this position requires a minimum of 40 hours with regular and predictable attendance. Occasional weekend work and after business hours may be required.
Work Environment:
This work is usually performed with normal noise levels and minimum exposure to hazardous conditions.
