Tilson is looking for a Junior Support Developer to help maintain, support, and improve internal business applications and technology solutions. Requirements:

Provide day-to-day technical support for internally developed and third-party business applications. Write and maintain basic to intermediate SQL queries, including SELECT statements, JOINs, filtering, aggregation, and data validation. Support and maintain internal and external web applications and websites, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies. Assist with development, configuration, testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting of construction management and homebuilding software. Support Microsoft SharePoint, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, pages, forms, and business processes. Assist with application integrations involving SQL databases, APIs, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems.

Skills and Experience:

Working knowledge of software development principles and relational database management systems. Demonstrated analytical thinking and technical troubleshooting skills. Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and enhance existing application code. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
