• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• Experience supporting and enhancing production business applications.
• Experience leading Agile software development teams.
• Experience managing multiple priorities across a portfolio of applications.
• Experience with software delivery, incident management, and release management processes.

Strong understanding of:

• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
• Object-oriented design and software architecture
• CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• DevSecOps practices
• Source control and branching strategies
