Responsibilities

• Create and follow test cases based on business requirements.
• Test application pages, forms, buttons, searches, filters, drawers, and reports.
• Test complete workflows involving trucking, warehousing, fulfillment, inventory, billing, and the Customer Portal.
• Confirm that saved information remains correct after refreshing or reopening a record.
• Test desktop and tablet layouts using Chrome and Edge.
• Test user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Test file uploads, downloads, attachments, PDFs, and printing.
• Identify slow pages, browser errors, and failed network requests.
• Document defects with reproduction steps, screenshots, expected results, and actual results.
• Retest completed repairs and check related features for regressions.
• Maintain clear records of passed, failed, and incomplete tests. Qualifications
• Experience with manual software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and test multi-step business workflows.
• Ability to write clear and repeatable defect reports.
• Comfortable testing web applications on desktops and tablets.
• General understanding of:
• React and Vite web applications
• Node.js backend services
• REST APIs and JSON
• PostgreSQL databases
• Browser developer tools
• Basic familiarity with GitHub or defect-tracking systems.
• Logistics, warehousing, inventory, or transportation experience is helpful but not required.

Programming experience is not required. Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Playwright or Selenium is helpful but optional.

Pay:

$22.00
