Position summary Seeking a QA and Validation Lead to manage quality assurance, governance validation, compliance testing, AI assurance, accessibility, and release readiness. Responsibilities Develop test strategies, plans, traceability matrices, quality gates, and release-readiness reports. Lead functional, integration, regression, API, performance, recovery, and UAT testing. Validate Azure governance, configuration, policy, logging, audit, and infrastructure-as-code controls. Support NIST, CUI, data-residency, encryption, records, and compliance testing. Test Entra ID roles, API authorization, ACL synchronization, and search security trimming. Validate OCR, classification, extraction, confidence, search relevance, RAG grounding, and citations. Perform prompt-injection, AI regression, hallucination, and unauthorized-exposure testing. testing. Manage defects, remediation verification, evidence collection, and release recommendations. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
