Job Description
The Testing Center proctor is responsible for ensuring the integrity of tests while providing a welcoming environment. Quality customer service is a must. The proctor must be computer-literate and detail-oriented. They must ensure test tracking procedures are followed while watching students currently taking tests. The proctor fields phone calls, emails, and test tracking software in an organized manner. Bachelors degree. Prior experience in higher education a plus but not a requirement. Shifts tend to be 4-5 hours. The schedule can change each semester.
