This is a working lead position . You will perform LDAR monitoring while also handling field oversight, QA/QC, and daily coordination. This is not an entry-level role . You must be able to manage work in the field and ensure quality without constant supervision. ResponsibilitiesLDAR Monitoring Perform Method 21 inspections Daily calibrations and equipment checks Complete assigned routes with no missed components Enter data into LDAR database (LeakDAS / Skybridge / Chateau) Field Lead / Oversight Lead daily work activities on site Coordinate with client and supervisors Ensure procedures are followed Keep work on schedule QA/QC Perform rechecks and field audits Review daily data for accuracy Identify and fix issues immediately Maintain high data quality standards Requirements 2+ years LDAR experience Strong Method 21 knowledge Experience with LDAR databases (LeakDAS, Skybridge, etc.) Previous lead or supervisor experience preferred Able to work independently Strong communication skills What We're Looking For Someone who can run a site in the field Strong attention to detail Holds themselves and others accountable Focused on quality, not just production Preferred Experience working at petrochemical or refinery sites Experience leading small teams Apply if You can handle both monitoring and responsibility You don't need constant direction You take ownership of your work Do NOT apply if You're looking for entry-level LDAR You need constant supervision You struggle with data accuracy or procedures Schedule Monday-Thursday (typical) Overtime as needed Location Beaumont, TX - must be able to reliably commute Skills & Experience Valid TWIC card (required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Prior refinery or chemical plant experience preferred but not required Ability to work at moderate to high physical exertion for extended periods Ability to work in inclement weather Willing to work extended hours and weekends when needed Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a plus Must be able to pass a hair-follicle drug test
