Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Blossoming Together ABA| Buda, TX | Full-Time At Blossoming, therapy doesn't happen behind a desk — it happens outside, in motion, and led by the child in front of us. We're a small, locally owned ABA center built around Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and we're looking for a BCBA who believes, like we do, that some of the best learning happens barefoot in the grass. What You'll Do

• Design and oversee individualized, play-based treatment plans rooted in NET principles
• Supervise and mentor a team of Lead Therapists and RBTs, providing hands-on coaching in outdoor and natural settings
• Conduct assessments, write and adjust programming, and ensure clinical quality across caseloads
• Collaborate closely with families to build goals that fit real life, not just a clinic room

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Genuine enthusiasm for outdoor, child-led, play-based therapy — this isn't a traditional tabletop program
• Strong supervisory and mentorship skills
