JOB DESCRIPTION

8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing. Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Playwright Automation experience. Strong Insurance domain with Duck Creek Policy Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data. Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and User Acceptance Testing. Execute manual tests and document test results. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives. Familiarity with defect management and test management tools. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright. Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks using TypeScript/JavaScript. Automate end-to-end business workflows and regression test suites. Strong Insurance domain experience. Experience testing Microservices and distributed applications. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams. Strong attention to detail and quality mindset. Proactive approach toward process improvement and automation adoption.
