The role will manage ECOs, BOMs, engineering drawings, specifications, and controlled documentation while supporting configuration management, PLM, ERP, compliance, and audit readiness. The candidate will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, and Program Management teams and support process improvements. Key Skills Document Control and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) Configuration Management and BOM PLM, ERP, and Document Management Systems Technical Drawings and Specifications Manufacturing Documentation and Quality Systems Process Improvement and Project Management Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience managing ECOs, BOMs, product configurations, and controlled documentation. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
