Maintain & govern CMDB ensuring CI accuracy & relationships Enforce ITIL-aligned configuration management processes Collaborate with IT ops, asset, change & architecture teams on CI lifecycle Perform data quality checks & remediation Support audits with CMDB evidence & reporting Investigate & resolve data discrepancies, integration issues & reconciliation conflicts Produce dashboards & insights for governance forums Drive continuous improvement of processes, tooling & controls Overview Industry
