What You Will Do:

Handling daily procurements within customer portal. Handling Aging low priority parts within customer portal according to lead time requirements. Communicating with Planners to coordinate and resolve aging issues with parts that are struggling to meet needed delivery deadlines and requirements. Handling Scenario Approvals, within client tools to either escalate for information, or release. Handling and maintaining a working queue of external expedites within the customer portals. Removing block holds of parts within your queue based on a variety of issues that may occur and working to resolve them through collaboration and communication with various teams not limited to Quality/Finance.

What You Will Bring:

1-3 years of related experience Experience in handling cross team communication and correspondence in a productive and stream lined manner. A knowledge in utilizing ERP systems knowing SAP as a ERP system and being familiar with it is a bonus. Managing and working in shared Excel documents, handling Outlook, shared team files Prior Delivery Assruance experience is a plus, additional training will be provided

Pay Range:

$26.44 - $28.85 Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
