This is a 6-month contract role for a Technical Systems Analyst to support and maintain an internal platform with a primary focus on Single Sign-On (SSO), identity and access management, and application integrations. The position is based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This is a hands-on technical role, with approximately 75% of responsibilities involving SSO/IAM troubleshooting, access configuration, system integrations, and platform support. The remaining 25% involves Business Analyst responsibilities, including gathering requirements, writing user stories, and communicating with stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide technical support and maintenance for SSO and identity and access management systems Troubleshoot complex SSO failures and user-access issues Configure and manage access controls within the platform Integrate applications and systems into the enterprise platform Gather requirements from stakeholders Write user stories to document functional needs Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support Qualifications Required At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SSO, IAM, identity administration, application integration, or technical platform support Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD Hands-on experience with Azure SSO Demonstrated experience troubleshooting failed SSO or user-access issues Demonstrated experience integrating applications or systems into an enterprise platform Ability to write user stories and gather requirements
