We are currently seeking a full-time, remote eLearning Implementation Specialist. The eLearning Implementation Specialist will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations for the Online Programs Department. This employee is responsible for the project management, and maintenance of college and university clients on a proprietary online training platform and assisting licensed users with technical support needs. This is a technical implementation role, not a traditional help desk position. You'll be responsible for configuring complex, multi-variable eLearning programs from the ground up—managing intricate setups where every client deployment is unique. Success requires exceptional attention to detail, strong technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to build client relationships primarily through written communication.
HERE'S THE SKINNY
The eLearning Implementation Specialist —
Essential Responsibilities:
Configure and deploy approximately 100 unique eLearning program setups annually, with each program containing multiple technical variables including content customization, SFTP file path configuration, roster formatting and uploads, SSO authentication and testing, and automated reporting workflows Build and edit programs using Articulate Storyline; publish files for internal LMS and create SCORM packages in accordance with client specifications Conduct quality assurance and accessibility testing on all program content and functionality Oversee automated reporting systems and email workflows to ensure consistent delivery Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to program setup, integration failures, and system configurations (
Note:
This is not end-user help desk support; you'll be solving complex technical problems related to program implementation and system integrations) Build and maintain strong client relationships primarily through email communication, providing clear technical explanations, proactive updates, and professional responsiveness throughout the implementation lifecycle Enter and verify data accurately in Salesforce CRM Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT TYPE OF EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE SHOULD YOU HAVE?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in technical implementation, system configuration, or learning technology deployment (not help desk or end-user support) Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-variable technical setups where each implementation requires unique configuration Experience with client-facing multi-dependency technical project timelines and deliverables Experience in eLearning and LMS platform deployment preferred Experience with Articulate preferred, experience with other course authoring tools a plus Experience with Salesforce a plus Experience with HappyFox or other tech support ticketing system a plus

Data Management Systems:
CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), data integrity principles, basic reporting
File Transfer/Security/Accessibility:
SFTP protocols, file paths, secure data exchange, data-handling procedures, WCAG/508 guidelines and eLearning best practices
Microsoft Office Suite:
proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

diagnose and resolve LMS issues, roster failures, file transfer problems, user access issues

test content functionality, navigation, authentication, accessibility, and reporting with high attention to detail

Client Communication:
translate technical concepts into user-friendly language; provide effective support via email and video conferencing

manage multiple concurrent deadlines involving technical and non-technical dependencies

WORK SCHEDULE
The role is primarily scheduled during standard business hours; however, evening and weekend availability will be required at times to support program launches, deadlines, system issues, or time sensitive needs.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This is not a traditional end-user help desk role. You won't primarily be helping students reset passwords or troubleshoot browser issues. Instead, you'll be: Configuring complex technical systems that integrate multiple platforms Building unique program setups with intricate dependencies Solving integration and configuration challenges Managing the technical details that make programs work correctly

SALARY RANGE
