Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Creating load sheets
- Receiving loads into LTM
- Inventory management (moving units between loads, stock code changes, etc.).
- Facilitates communication between Sales, Transportation, Receiving and Environmental.
- Assists with visitor safety
- Scanning, faxing, copying and sorting of mail and internal documents
- Keeping area neat and tidy; professional
- Assists the Environmental department with administrative tasks upon request
- Prioritize tasks throughout the day.
- Building containers in LTM.
- Clerical test, required
- Basic computer skills including editing, formatting, document location, filing, using templates in Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Office software.
- Proficient in LTM, Wildcat, and Syspro software systems.
